Will is a manager in the VGSO's Inquiries, Prosecutions and Administrative Law Branch.

He specialises in public inquiries, and has substantial Royal Commissions experience.

Will is an accomplished litigator, practising in all Victorian Courts. He acts in major tort claims, including negligence, defamation and professional indemnity proceedings. He also acts in general commercial, regulatory and administrative law matters.

Will has advised Government departments and agencies for over ten years. His specialist areas include public inquiries, litigation, tortious liability (incl. novel duties), immunities and privileges, and large scale document production.

Will has worked for the Victorian Public Sector since 2011, beginning his career as a policy adviser for the Department of Justice and Community Safety.

Will joined the VGSO in 2013, and has spent time working at the Department of Health, Legal Services Commissioner, Victoria Police and Victorian Managed Insurance Authority.
