Sally has a broad practice in litigation and dispute resolution and advises clients including Victoria Police, the Attorney-General, Corrections Victoria, the Department of Health and Human Services and the Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning. Sally is highly experienced in relation to police civil claims, negligence claims, coronial inquests, personal injury claims under the Wrongs Act 1958, judicial review proceedings and commercial matters.
Sally's background in government law includes working as a Researcher to the Solicitor-General. Prior to commencing with the VGSO, Sally was a Researcher to the Court of Appeal.
