Laura specialises in employment law and industrial relations, with particular interest in high-profile and contentious litigation in the Fair Work Commission, Federal Court, Federal Circuit and Family Court, County Court, Magistrates' Court and the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal.

Before joining the VGSO, Laura worked in international top-tier commercial law firms, in the employment law & industrial relations area and regulatory litigation (Competition and Consumer law and IP law). Laura has advised and appeared on behalf of both blue-chip corporate clients and public sector clients.

Laura was formerly an Associate at the Fair Work Commission and a Freedom of Information Officer at the Department of Justice.

Laura has performed pro bono work for Justice Connect, including for the Federal Court and Federal Circuit and Family Court Self Representation Service - Fair Work Division.
