Aaron Prabhu has extensive experience advising in litigious and non-litigious matters across all areas of employment, industrial relations, workplace safety and discrimination law, having represented clients across the public and private sectors.
Aaron has assisted and managed litigation in the Fair Work Commission, the Federal Court of Australia, the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia, the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal and the Supreme Court of Victoria. These matters have included claims arising from unfair dismissal, general protections, disputes under enterprise agreements, discrimination, sexual harassment and breaches of contractual duties.
Aaron joined the VGSO in 2025. Prior to joining the VGSO, Aaron worked as a lawyer at a global law firm in their workplace relations and occupational health and safety team, having been admitted to practice in 2020.
