Tatjana is a dispute resolution and litigation lawyer. Her practice involves advising and representing public sector clients in civil litigation, including personal injury claims and reviews under the Crimes (Mental Impairment and Unfitness to the Tried) Act 1997. Her clients include Corrections Victoria, Victoria Police, the Department of Justice and Community Safety, Department of Families, Fairness and Housing and the Attorney-General.

Tatjana was admitted to practice in March 2021, and joined the VGSO in January 2022. Prior to the VGSO, Tatjana worked as an Associate to his Honour Judge McInerney at the County Court, gaining experience in both criminal and quasi-criminal matters. Tatjana worked on litigation in indictable crime, criminal appeals, jury trials and serious offender supervision. Tatjana briefed Judicial Officers on complex legal questions, including the application of evidence law, sentencing synthesis and legal research.

During her studies, she worked as a paralegal at Clayton Utz assisting with high profile personal injury claims, banking and aged care Royal Commission and ediscovery of large scale class actions. Tatjana also worked as  paralegal at Balmer and Associates and a community legal centre throughout her studies.
