Nazia Farhat

Nazia advises and represents public sector clients in all areas of employment law, industrial relations, occupational health and safety, equal opportunity and anti-discrimination law.

Nazia has had experience across a broad range of employment matters, including the review and interpretation of contracts of employment, enterprise agreements (negotiations, interpretation, approval and bargaining), performance management, disciplinary action, bullying, termination of employment, redundancy, transfer of business and stand-down orders. Nazia also regularly represents clients in unfair dismissal proceedings in the Fair Work Commission and general protections applications in the Federal Court and the Federal and Family Circuit Court.
