Megan practises in personal injury claims, police tort claims and coronial inquests. She also takes carriage of matters under Crimes Mental Impairment (Unfitness to be Tried) Act 1997 on behalf of the Attorney-General and personal injury claims by former wards of the State.

Prior to joining the VGSO in August 2021, Megan was a Senior Police Lawyer at Victoria Police where she managed, advised and instructed in a range of high-profile litigation and inquest matters involving general and specialist units of Victoria Police. Prior to joining Victoria Police, Megan worked as a paralegal and solicitor, practising in insurance litigation.

Megan has previously been a volunteer at Darebin Community Legal Service where she provided legal advice to clients on a range of issues. Megan also completed her practical legal training placement at the North Australia Aboriginal Family Legal Service, based in Katherine and Darwin.
