Meagan is an experienced dispute resolution and litigation lawyer. Her practice includes advising and representing public sector clients in civil litigation, including claims against Corrections Victoria and the Department of Justice and Community Safety.
Prior to joining the VGSO in 2020, Meagan worked as a Senior Associate to his Honour Judge Cosgrave in the Commercial Division at the County Court of Victoria. Meagan also has experience working as a lawyer in New York and Pennsylvania, where she represented plaintiffs in personal injury, medical negligence, and breach of contract claims from issue through to trial.
