The Victorian Government Solicitor's Office invites you to join us on Friday September 18 2020 at 1.00pm when we will hear from experienced VGSO solicitors about the changing litigation landscape in Victoria as a result of the ongoing COVID-19 crisis.
The presenters will discuss what the litigation landscape looked like in Victoria prior to March 2020 while exploring whether other jurisdictions were more prepared for the transition to remote hearings.
More discussion points will include how the Victorian courts (and practitioners) have adapted throughout the pandemic and what sort of impact this will have on the litigation landscape looking forward.
