Anna is an accomplished commercial lawyer, with extensive experience advising in both public and private sectors.  As part of the VGSO's Commercial, Property and Technology branch, Anna advises government clients on a range of commercial matters including tendering and procurement, contractual issues, restructures and governance.  She has a deep knowledge of State government policy and practices, and is astute at applying a government lens to commercial contexts.

Anna has specialised knowledge of the gambling licensing regulatory framework in Victoria, leading the provision of legal advice on a number of major licensing projects over the last decade. 

Anna has acted on a range of State government restructures and machinery of government changes, providing strategic advice on their implementation and the smooth transfer of functions, property, rights and liabilities.

As part of her day to day practice, Anna regularly advises on procurements, funding agreements, MOUs, precedent development, statutory interpretation and general commercial matters in a broad range of government contexts.

Prior to joining VGSO, Anna worked at a major commercial law firm and as an in-house lawyer at a global engineering firm, where she advised on corporations law, construction, environmental, major projects and general commercial matters.
