Anna's practice involves litigation and advisory work for government clients in state care personal injury claims, coronial investigations, reviews under the Crimes (Mental Impairment and Unfitness to Be Tried) Act 1997, and general civil claims involving the State. Anna's clients include the Department of Family, Fairness and Housing, Victoria Police, the Department of Jobs, Precincts and Regions, the Victorian Managed Insurance Authority and the Attorney-General.

Anna joined the VGSO in November 2020 from private practice. She was formerly a government solicitor for the New South Wales Crown Solicitor's Office, where her practice included child protection litigation, public-interest immunity matters, civil claims involving historical abuse, and assisting with advice involving statutory interpretation and government law-making powers. She was an academic research assistant at Sydney Law School in the areas of administrative law and refugee law, and a Judge's Associate at the ACT Supreme Court, where she assisted with a large judicial inquiry.
