Anja practises across the Royal Commissions and Inquiries and Litigation and Dispute Resolution branches of the VGSO.
Anja has assisted the State in its responses to the Royal Commission into Victoria's Mental Health System, the Royal Commission into Aged Care Quality and Safety, IGEM Inquiry into the 2019-2020 Victorian Fire Season, and the Royal Commission into National Natural Disaster Arrangements.
She also acts in litigation matters including negligence claims, personal injury claims, police torts, coronial investigations and crimes mental impairment reviews.
Her clients include the Department of Health, the Department of Families, Fairness and Housing, the Victorian Managed Insurance Authority, Attorney-General, Victoria Police and Department of Justice and Community Services.
