Ilias is a technology and intellectual property lawyer in the information technology and intellectual property team at the VGSO.
He works across various commercial and technology projects. Ilias advises government clients on procuring IT services using the State's eServices Contract, as well as other commercial contracts, on issues relating to intellectual property and data ownership and licensing, including in international transactions.
Ilias also advises on intellectual property issues more broadly, namely in the areas of copyright, trade mark registration and use, and on the registration of Victorian government business names.
