What is the psychological impact of legal work? And what are the main drivers of stress among practising lawyers? 

In this seminar presenters will discuss the latest empirical research bearing upon these important questions, discuss the psychology of stress and vicarious trauma more generally, and introduce a set of evidence-based strategies for managing stress and maximising wellbeing within a government lawyer’s busy working week.
