Sarah brings advanced litigation skills and has extensive personal injuries experience in both the public and private sector. She has practised primarily in the area of WorkCover and common law industrial injuries. Sarah also has diverse experience including in employment law, TAC, medical negligence, insurance and Freedom of Information claims.
Sarah's clients include the Department of Families, Fairness & Housing, Corrections Victoria, the Victorian Managed Insurance Authority, Victoria Police and the Attorney General of Victoria. Sarah's areas of practise are personal injury claims, police tort claims, coronial inquests and reviews under the Crimes (Mental Impairment and Fitness to be Tried) Act .
