Current Practice

Snezana practices in information technology, commercial, privacy and intellectual property law.  Snezana assists in providing legal advice and support to IT contract managers by reviewing and drafting contracts for the provision of various IT services, including cloud services, software development, IT integration, software licences and hardware services. 


Snezana has recently drafted a number of IT contracts for Corrections Victoria and the Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning and has also worked on commercial and construction agreements for a number of departments and agencies across the government.  
Snezana's work also includes providing advice in relation to privacy law, including the Information Privacy Principles and Privacy Impact Assessments.  She was a key member of the VGSO team working on the first Information Usage Agreement approved under the Privacy and Data Protection Act 2014 (Vic).  She has also provided advice in relation to IT technology that has been used to support the implementation of the Information Usage Agreement.
Snezana also has experience in property law, including as the legal acting advisor to support the Department of Treasury and Finance in the sale of a significant number of properties affected by the 2009 bushfires, advising on the legal status of land in Victoria, and preparing contracts of sale and tender documents for freehold land.
