Current practice

Jeremy's practice focuses primarily on property and commercial transactions and advice. 
Jeremy assists clients on a range of matters including the drafting and negotiation of leases, licences, contracts of sale, call option deeds and agreements made under section 173 of the Planning and Environment Act 1987.
He has provided advice to clients in complex matters, including advice on statutory interpretation, contract issues, rights under mortgages, Crown Land issues and disputes.


Jeremy has acted for clients on a number of projects of public significance, including major projects, land exchange arrangements and commercial agreements facilitating the revitalisation of dormant sites in the education field. He has also been involved in administrative law matters.

Jeremy joined the VGSO as a trainee solicitor in 2015 and was admitted to professional legal practice in 2016.
