Olympia's practice focuses on regulatory and administrative law, in particular providing advice on prosecutions and investigations for Government Departments and Public Sector clients.

Olympia also assists clients with advice on evidence, criminal procedure, judicial and merits review of administrative decisions and related court proceedings. Her practice also extends to professional disciplinary proceedings, statutory interpretation and assessment and advice on freedom of information requests.

Prior to joining the VGSO, Olympia worked as a Judge's Associate at the County Court of Victoria in the Criminal Division. Olympia worked on litigation in indictable crime, criminal appeals, serious offender supervision and has extensive experience in evidence and procedural rule application in Judge Alone Trials. Olympia provided support to Judicial Officers on the application of evidence law, sentencing synthesis and legal research.

Olympia has also worked for a national personal injury law firm, assessing personal injury claims, advising on the application of statutory schemes such as WorkCover, Transport Accident Commission, the National Redress Scheme and Victims of Crime. Olympia also assisted in preparation for major class actions in the areas of Bushfire Recovery, Short term Lending Schemes and Superannuation benefits.

While studying law, Olympia worked as a Research Assistant on multiple projects at Melbourne Law School, in particular focussing on Competition law and international precedent and also Disability Human Rights and research ethics regulations governing participation by people living with a disability.
