Luke is a solicitor in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Branch at the VGSO. Luke practices in personal injury claims, and applications and reviews under the Crimes (Mental Impairment and Unfitness to be Tried) Act 1997. Luke's clients include the Department of Families Fairness and Housing and Department of Justice and Community Safety.

Prior to joining the VGSO, Luke gained experience as a clerk and a paralegal in areas including Property, Wills and Probate, and Corporate & Commercial Law. During this time, Luke also gained extensive exposure to a variety of practice areas, undertaking significant research for Royal Commissions, the Independent Broad-Based Anti-Corruption Commission and Ombudsman's collaborative investigation into allegations of branch stacking, misconduct and other matters.

While at university, Luke volunteered in Victoria Legal Aid's Duty Lawyer Service Program at Melbourne Magistrates' Court, acting as the first point of contact for new legal aid clients.

Luke holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Business. In 2019 Luke completed Masters units in Commercial Shipping & Trade Law and Comparative Legal History at the University of Gothenburg in Sweden as part of an exchange program.
