Eleanor has a broad practice in regulatory and administrative law, assisting Government Departments and Victorian Public Sector clients with legal advice and litigation services in the areas of prosecutions, investigations, disciplinary proceedings, as well as judicial and merits review.

Eleanor also provides advice and litigation services on a wide range of matters, including administrative law, statutory interpretation and criminal procedure.

Prior to joining the VGSO, Eleanor worked as a Senior Consultant in the Regulation & Compliance team at KPMG and as a solicitor at the Coroners Court of Victoria for almost three years. In her role at the Court, she supported a coroner with investigations into reportable deaths, which included drafting coronal findings, appearing as Counsel assisting the coroner at summary inquests, and general legal and case management assistance. She also volunteered as a solicitor at the Mental Health Legal Centre, providing advice in relation to broad range of matters under the Mental Health Act 2014 (Vic).

Eleanor has also previously worked at a national commercial law firm where she gained experience across family law, commercial disputes & insolvency, and employment law.
