Bradley is a dispute and resolution litigation lawyer. His practice involves advising public sector clients in personal injury claims, applications and reviews arising under the Crimes (Mental Impairment and Unfitness to be Tried) Act 1997 and general civil claims involving the State.

Bradley's clients include the Department of Families, Fairness and Housing, the Attorney-General, the Department of Justice and Community Safety, and the Victorian Managed Insurance Authority.

Bradley was admitted to practice in June 2019 and joined the VGSO in August 2022. Prior to joining the VGSO, Bradley worked as an Associate to the Honourable Justice Quigley, who is also the President of VCAT. In this role Bradley gained experience in the common law division of the Supreme Court of Victoria, across all Lists at VCAT and in relationship building with key stakeholders including the Attorney-General's Office, the Department of Justice and Community Safety, and the Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning.

Bradley has a background working in state government and completed the Victorian Government Graduate Recruitment and Development Scheme in 2018, rotating through the Department of Education and Training, the Department of Premier and Cabinet and the Department of Health and Human Services. In these roles he gained exposure to Whole of Victorian Government Practices, including project management, cabinet and budget processes. In addition, Bradley volunteers at the Fitzroy Legal Service, advising clients on civil matters, family law and infringements.
