Anthea is a dispute resolution and litigation lawyer. Her practice involves advising and representing public sector clients in civil litigation, including personal injury claims and reviews under the Crimes (Mental Impairment and Unfitness to Be Tried) Act 1997. Her clients include Corrections Victoria, the Department of Justice and Community Safety and the Attorney-General.

Anthea was admitted to practice in October 2019, and joined the VGSO in July 2021. Prior to the VGSO, Anthea worked as an Associate to the Honourable Justice Garde, gaining experience in both the commercial and common law divisions of the Supreme Court of Victoria. Anthea also has a background working in state government as a decision-maker at the State Revenue Office, where she interpreted and applied statute and government policies.
