We advise on appropriate governance arrangements to enable clients to achieve their strategic and operational objectives within applicable statutory, policy and contractual frameworks. We work closely with clients to implement arrangements that manage legal risk on complex procurement projects where many government stakeholders are involved, including Partnerships Victoria projects.

More specifically, we develop workable governance arrangements and agreements that:

  • identify areas of legal risk and conflicts of interest
  • identify clear roles and responsibilities for government stakeholders
  • have workable contract management structures
  • have clear authorisation and delegation as to the decision makers
  • reflect the interests of government stakeholders
  • develop strategies to manage legal risk and conflicts of interest
