Current practice

Anna advises government clients on a range of commercial matters including tendering and procurement, contractual issues, licensing processes and governance. 


Anna has advised on a number of major procurement projects, including for Justice Health and the Office of Liquor, Gaming and Racing.  She spent several years working on the Gambling Licences Review for the Department of Justice, where she advised on the implementation of complex licensing processes.  She also had a key role in the drafting of documentation to put in place the State's voluntary pre-commitment scheme for the gambling industry.  In 2016, Anna was seconded to OLGR to act as legal manager for the Lotteries Licensing Project.  Anna has advised on general commercial matters and statutory interpretation issues for a wide range of government clients.
Prior to joining VGSO, Anna worked at a major commercial law firm and as an in-house lawyer at a global engineering firm, where she advised on construction, environmental, major projects and general commercial matters.
